George Ikoli-Spiff is a technology leader with a passion for using innovation to solve some of Africa’s most pressing challenges. As CEO of Steelcon Technologies Limited, he is at the forefront of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence building solutions that protect data, empower businesses, and prepare the continent for a digital future.
He is the Convener of the Cybersecurity and Me Conference (CamCon), an annual platform that brings together students, professionals, and organizations to understand the realities of our digital age. CamCon has grown into a movement, raising awareness, building capacity, and inspiring people to see technology not as a threat, but as an opportunity.
George’s journey has been shaped by a pursuit of excellence. With a postgraduate program in cybersecurity from the University of Texas and as a member of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce, an alum of the School of Politics, Policy & Governance he blends global knowledge with a local commitment to service.
For George, technology is not just about systems it is about people. It is about protecting, empowering, and preparing communities for tomorrow. His mission is simple: to be the best at what he does, while helping others rise with him.

Osuji Obinna Chris is a seasoned IT professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades in the field of Information Technology, particularly within the government and public sector. His journey began in the private sector, but he soon transitioned to public service in 1994 when he joined the then National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria (NAFCON) Onne, now known as Notore Chemical Industries.
His innovativeness in technology led him to the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), where he pioneered a series of radical ICT developments in administration. In 2011, he commenced sabbatical from FUTO to the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) as the pioneer supervisor in the ICT department. Since then, he has risen through the ranks, first as Manager ICT; then as General Manager ICT. He is currently the General Manager, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, also overseeing SERVICOM in the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate.
Mr. Osuji has led numerous transformative projects, including the end-to-end automation of key internal processes, the implementation of robust digital infrastructure, and the introduction of cutting-edge technologies that have significantly enhanced the operational efficiency and transparency of the board. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping NCDMB’s strategic IT direction, integrating cybersecurity and data protection best practices, and driving digital innovation across the organization.
Chief Information Security Officer, CISO at SunTrust Bank Nigeria.
Dr. Daniel Adaramola is the Chief Information Security Officer, CISO at SunTrust Bank Nigeria. He is responsible for strategy formulation, strategy execution, and providing thought leadership for the Bank’s cybersecurity program.
Prior to joining SunTrust, Dr. Daniel has worked as the CISO of four organizations. At one of the organizations, he was responsible for information security across five geographies including United Kingdom, Nigeria, Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Over the last 15 years, Daniel has served over 20 million global clients, and a total of $120M USD in company revenue.
Dr. Daniel Adaramola is an Alumni of City University London, and the European International University Paris.Â
Dr. Daniel is a highly sought technical resource person and has spoken at over 70+ conferences globally. In his Industry Influencer role, he has served as a two-time Executive Committee official of the Committee of Chief Information Security Officers of Nigerian Financial Institutions. He is also the pioneering General Secretary of the Committee of CISOs in Nigeria. In 2022, Dr. Daniel was ranked Number 19 Globally for Security thought Leadership on the IFSEC Global List of influencers. In the same year he was awarded recognition as a Global TOP CISO 100. Recently, in the city of Bangkok Thailand, Dr. Daniel was conferred wit the award of the 2024 Cyber Security mentor of the year, by the International Prime Awards.
Daniel is a consistent and disciplined leader. Over the last 10 years he has mentored over 3000 young cyber security professionals, providing free leadership training, and information security mentoring sessions at zero cost to the young participants.
In 2019, Daniel pioneered a STEM initiative called the Young CISO Network (https://youngciso.net). The Young CISO Network is currently operating in five African countries including Nigeria, Kenya, Botswana, Uganda, and South Africa.Â
Blue Team Program Coordinator and Ambassador for Blacks In Cybersecurity
Isaac Ojeh is a Blue Team Jedi with over a decade of experience in defensible
cybersecurity and strategic technical management. He is highly skilled in digital forensics, incident response, threat hunting, endpoint security, cloud security, network security, risk management, vulnerability management and leadership. All these skills and experience cut across the technology, academia, banking and finance industries.
He is currently the Senior Security Analyst at PayFacto, where he leads the cybersecurity strategy and program implementation to ensure that the enterprise is running a defensible architecture with cyber resilience. In research, he recently published a paper on Zero Trust Architecture.
As the Blue Team Program Coordinator and Ambassador for Blacks In Cybersecurity
(BIC), Isaac brings awareness of the non-profit’s responsibilities to the interests of black heritage, mentoring and assisting the community to excel in the field of cybersecurity. Isaac is a career mentor at EC-Council where he contributes to the field of cybersecurity. He also serves as a cybersecurity mentor at various platforms such as ReDI, ISC2 Toronto Chapter community lead, Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, PushFar, and recently at Threat Modelling Connect.
Part-time, he is a faculty member at both Conestoga College and Fanshawe College, where he lectures students in post-graduate cybersecurity courses. He is also a member of the prestigious GIAC Advisory Board and ForbesBLK.
Isaac holds a BSc. Wireless Networks & Security from Université Grenoble Alpes France, MS. Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University USA, more than 40 certifications and counting. In 2024, Isaac won a SANS Challenge Coin for the SEC503: Network Monitoring and Threat Detection In-Depth course CTF event. He currently resides in Canada.

Preye is based in Toronto, Canada and although born in Lagos has deep roots in Bayelsa where his people are originally from.

Ijeoma Mary Chukwu is a pioneering tech entrepreneur and security expert with over 12 years of experience specializing in GPS technology, cybersecurity, transport automation, IoT, and blockchain technology. Her core expertise lies in Security Technology and Transport Automation Technology—developing intelligent systems that safeguard assets, optimize fleet operations, and enhance emergency response across various sectors.
